6. How our financing works

We keep it simple and put it in writing. The exact numbers for your vehicle will be on your Retail Installment Sales Contract, which you'll receive and sign before taking delivery. Nothing here changes what that contract says.

• A fixed down payment, set for the vehicle you choose, is paid at signing.
• The remaining balance is paid in 10 equal monthly payments. Each payment is 10% of the amount financed, so after the 10th payment the vehicle is paid off and the title is yours.
• Payments are due the same day each month, starting one month after delivery. Pay early or pay extra any time — no penalty.
• A late charge may be added to any payment more than 10 days late, in the amount allowed by Florida law and stated in your contract. We'd much rather you call us before a payment is late.
• Any finance charge, fees, and APR — even if 0% — will be fully disclosed on your contract under federal Truth in Lending law before you sign.

Example: $8,000 vehicle, $2,000 down, leaves $6,000 to finance. Ten payments of $600 and you're done.

7. GPS locator & starter-interrupt device

Because we finance in-house without relying on credit scores, we protect the vehicle (our collateral until you pay it off) with a small electronic device. Here is exactly what it does and does not do:

• It can report the vehicle's location to Dynamic Motors and can prevent the engine from starting. It cannot and will not shut the engine off while the vehicle is running or moving.
• The starter interrupt is used only if your account is in default (Section 8), and only after we've tried to reach you at the phone and email you gave us. We give at least 48 hours' notice before disabling the starter, unless the vehicle is reported abandoned or we reasonably believe it's being hidden or removed from the state.
• Location data is used only to confirm the vehicle is where you told us, to locate it if the account is in default, and to recover it if stolen. We will not sell your location data or share it except as needed to recover the vehicle or as required by law.
• If the starter is ever disabled and you have a genuine emergency, call (386) 985-5821 and we will provide a temporary start code. We will never leave you stranded in an emergency.
• Once your payment is brought current, we re-enable the starter promptly — within one business day at most.
• Removing, disconnecting, tampering with, or blocking the device is a default under your contract, and you're responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
• At final payoff the device is deactivated, and on request we'll remove it at no charge.

8. What "default" means

We're in the business of selling cars, not repossessing them. If you hit a rough patch, call us before your payment is due. We can often work something out, in writing.

Your account is in default if:

• A payment is more than 10 days past due and you haven't made other arrangements with us in writing;
• Your insurance lapses, is cancelled, or no longer names Dynamic Motors LLC as loss payee;
• You remove, tamper with, or disable the GPS / starter-interrupt device;
• Any information in this application or your contract turns out to be materially false;
• The vehicle is sold, given away, pledged, abandoned, impounded, seriously damaged, or moved out of Florida for more than 30 days without telling us; or
• You file bankruptcy or the vehicle becomes subject to a lien, levy, or seizure.

If your account goes into default:

• We will try to contact you by phone, text, and email to work out a solution. This is always our first step.
• We may disable the starter as described in Section 7.
• We may repossess the vehicle as permitted by Florida law, without a court order, so long as it can be done peacefully. We won't use force or threats, or enter a locked garage or home without permission.
• After repossession you'll receive written notice of when and how the vehicle will be sold. You have the right to get it back (redeem it) before the sale by paying the full balance plus reasonable repossession and storage costs.
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle are inventoried and held for you to pick up.
• If the vehicle sells for less than you owe plus allowable costs, you may still owe the difference (a "deficiency"). If it sells for more, we refund the surplus.
• We may report the delinquency to a consumer reporting agency.

9. Authorizations & signature

By signing below, I certify and agree that:

• Everything in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. Giving false information to obtain credit may be a crime and is grounds for default.
• I authorize Dynamic Motors LLC to verify anything in this application, including contacting my employer(s), landlord, insurance company, and the references I listed, and to confirm my identity and residence.
• I authorize Dynamic Motors LLC to obtain a consumer report or other information about me from consumer reporting agencies and public records, now and while my account is open.
• Dynamic Motors LLC may contact me by phone, text message, or email at the numbers and addresses I provided about this application and, if approved, my account. Standard message rates may apply; I can ask to stop texts at any time.
• This is an application only, not a contract. Dynamic Motors LLC may approve or decline it in its discretion, may require a different down payment or vehicle, and may ask for additional documents.
